Alicia’s is a company that gives back to its community. Dedicated to sharing our good fortune, we contribute to numerous women and children’s charities. For the past 20 years, we’ve committed ourselves to donating our monthly earnings from all drink-refill costs to organizations such as Project Sister and Juvenile Diabetes. In addition, we regularly participate in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.
It is important for us to make a difference not only through food, but also through public participation.
Alicia’s is very proud of its history of helping others. For 15 years, we were involved in garden show charities. Moreover, we’ve aided private schools and opened our doors for special-needs students to come in and help out with daily tasks such as bagging cookies. Whenever possible, it’s always a pleasure to offer our support to those who need it.
All the money for drink refills is donated to a charity. Currently the money is donated to the fire victims of Orange County.
When it comes to charity, Alicia’s enjoys bringing people together for a good cause. And what better way to gather a crowd than with food?
Twice a year, we offer holiday-orientated cooking classes in which we have an average of 80-90 participants. Our classes are viewing sessions and run about three hours. We listen, learn, share our love of cooking. A full meal is included in the $75 class fee, and proceeds go to charity.
Our next cooking class is Thursday, November 17th, 2011. Space is limited, so call and reserve your spot today!
Sign up for our mailing list if you would like information about upcoming classes.
