Alicia’s is a company that gives back to its community. Dedicated to sharing our good fortune, we contribute to numerous women and children’s charities. For the past 30 years, we’ve committed ourselves to donating our monthly earnings from all drink-refill costs to organizations such as Project Sister and Juvenile Diabetes. In addition, we regularly participate in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. It is important for us to make a difference not only through food, but also through public participation.

Charity Events

Alicia’s is very proud of its history of helping others. For 15 years, we were involved in garden show charities. Moreover, we’ve aided private schools and opened our doors for special-needs students to come in and help out with daily tasks such as bagging cookies. Whenever possible, it’s always a pleasure to offer our support to those who need it.

All the money for drink refills is donated to a charity. Currently the money is donated to the fire victims of Orange County.

Cooking Classes

Join Alicia Hitchcock, proprietor of Alicia's Cookery and Catering as she takes you on an educational and entertaining journey through her favorite recipes and menu preperations. Alicia's Cookery and Catering is excited to offer a unique and fun-filled schedule of cooking classes during 2018. Our classes are designed to show you first-hand methods and techniques Alicia has gathered durng her 40 year tenure as a caterer, restauranteur and mother.

We look to give you the perfect opportunity to gather with friends for a lovely evening of small bite, wine pairings, and subtle kitchen suggestions from one of our community's leading experts on entertaining. Held in our small demonstration kitchen adjacent to our dining room with Alicia' cooking partner jonathan, we are excited to host our neighbors and friends with this exciting offering.

Late Summer Outdoor Entertaining 
Entertaining guests outdoors can be easy with this creative menu. Celebrating the flavors of summer, these seasonal dishes feature some fun changes to traditional fare. Kick off the evening with freshly made Peach Sangria, sit back, and enjoy this inspired meal!
